As our products are handmade beaded jewellery, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges. However, to ensure customer satisfaction, we do accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
The product was damaged during shipping:
If you receive a piece of jewellery that has been damaged in transit, please take photos immediately to document the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
We will ask you to provide photos as proof and offer you a return or exchange upon confirmation.
The product has obvious manufacturing defects:
If you find that the jewellery you have received has obvious manufacturing defects, such as broken beads or unstable stringing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Please provide a detailed description of the defect and photos, we will evaluate and arrange a return or exchange for you.
Return and exchange process
Contact us:
Please contact us through our customer service email or phone, provide your order number, detailed description of the situation and relevant photos.
Review and Confirmation:
We will review your request within 48 hours of receipt and notify you of the review result by email or phone.
If the review is approved, we will provide you with the return address and details of the return and exchange process.
Return or Exchange:
Please return the product fully packaged to the address we provide. Please ensure that the product has not been used and is in its original packaging.
Upon receipt of the returned product and confirmation of its condition, we will arrange an exchange or refund for you (eligible refunds only).
Notes
Postage Instructions:
If the return or exchange is due to us (e.g. damaged or defective product), we will cover the return postage.
Please understand that we currently do not offer a service for returns and exchanges that are not due to quality issues.
Product Inspection:
To ensure your satisfaction, we carefully inspect each piece of jewellery before shipping to ensure it is perfect.
Please check the product immediately upon receipt and contact us within the specified time if there is any problem.
Non-Quality Problems:
For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (e.g. don't like it or bought the wrong one), we don't provide service at the moment.
